Our CAD/CAM department facilitates state of the art software systems to provide complete manufacturing capabilities from design engineering through CNC machining.

Our CAD system is Solid Works 2000
- Producing blueprints for manufacturing from parts we inspect and document sizes.
- 3D solid modeler package that is capable of designing a single part, or a large assembly from ground up in real 3Dspace.
- Our fully trained personnel can design single parts or assembled equipment per customer request based on our experience in the industry.
- Plotting blueprints up to 24" x 36"
- Customers can download drawing & part files via E-mail to review for manufacture or to make revisions if requested.
- Our system supports many file formats for drawings & 3D models so we should be able to assist your needs regardless of what CAD system that you use.
- Our system is up to date with the latest releases to fully optimize our service to you.

Our CAM system is Procam 2000
- UGM can program our machining centers offline
- 2 1/2 and 3 axis surface machining.
- 2 axis lathe module
- Predator DNC software to connect our CAM system to our CNC machines.
